Job Description

An IT manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. They lead a team of IT professionals, manage IT projects, budgets, and resources, and ensure that technology solutions align with the company's objectives and requirements. 


  • Administer the company's existing digital infrastructure through routine evaluation and testing.
  • Recruit and manage IT professionals by paying thorough attention to their training, evaluation, and appraisals.
  • Correlate the existing company goals with modern IT strategies for suitable development activities.
  • Define a structured information technology infrastructure with well-defined guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Resolve real-time issues and problems of important stakeholders with a well-planned system.

  • A skilled IT professional with decent exposure in handling and maintaining computing hardware and systems.
  • Adept at managing different computing systems and software solutions to maintain the smooth functioning of organizational activities.
  • Efficient in handling network-based aspects like administration, communication, and installation.
  • A graduate degree holder in Information Technology with relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator expert certification
  • Fluent collaborator with a knack for coordinating with different team members.
  • Commendable grasp of fluent communication and time management for organizing projects using a streamlined approach.
