Your Role As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of our IT infrastructure. You will establish a robust governance structure, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure optimal performance of our IT clusters. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a reliable, scalable, and efficient IT environment that supports our organization's objectives.
Requirements · Define and implement clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting hierarchies within the IT infrastructure team, ensuring accountability and effective decision-making. · Proactively assess, design, and refine IT operational processes, driving continuous improvement and aligning with organizational goals. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and performance. · Monitor the performance of IT clusters, evaluating resource utilization, system uptime, and workload distribution. Implement clustering strategies and workload balancing techniques to optimize reliability and scalability. · Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT infrastructure, comparing performance against predefined benchmarks and industry standards to identify areas for improvement. · Contribute to the development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies that support the organization's long-term objectives. · Lead the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
What You Need · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. · 5-8 years of proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure environments. · Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and best practices. · Extensive experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies. · Deep knowledge of IT cluster technologies, workload balancing, and scalability strategies. · Proficiency in performance monitoring and benchmarking tools and techniques. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
