· Proven track record of leading IT projects and managing teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Certification in IT infrastructure management (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
Education / Certifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience · 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
