IT Infrastructure Manager

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, your role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. The position requires coordinating with various teams to support business objectives, optimizing system performance, and implementing best practices for disaster recovery and data security.

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of our systems.
  
• Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including operating systems, virtualization platforms, and productivity tools.
  
• Lead efforts to identify and address security vulnerabilities, threats, and breaches, including conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
  
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, including training and development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities.
  
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT infrastructure and security management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
  
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and security management.
  
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, systems administration, and cybersecurity principles.
  
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration and deployment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
