Job Description: LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide First Level contact and convey resolution of customer issues Properly escalate unresolved quire to next level support Solving technical problems Continuous provisioning operations of IM services in KSA in line with companies’ standards, policies & processes Implementing of local business requirements Support management and monitoring of local IT inventory we as of SLA’s OLA’s fulfillment
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
Associate degree and certification Experience in Computer Networks Knowledge in Server infrastructure Good Command on English language and can understand Arabic Language
