IT Help desk officer

Job Description:

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide First Level contact and convey resolution of customer issues
• Properly escalate unresolved quire to next level support
• Solving technical problems
• Continuous provisioning operations of IM services in KSA in line with companies’ standards, policies & processes
• Implementing of local business requirements
• Support management and monitoring of local IT inventory we as of SLA’s OLA’s fulfillment

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree and certification
• Experience in Computer Networks
• Knowledge in Server infrastructure
• Good Command on English language and can understand Arabic Language
