Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.

- Document problems and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
- Assist with user account management and system access requests.
- Provide training and support to users on various IT tools and applications.
