Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated IT Help Desk professional to join our Client team,The IT Help Desk plays a crucial role in ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently,

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Document problems and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
• Assist with user account management and system access requests.
• Provide training and support to users on various IT tools and applications.
