Job Description

The IT Help Desk position is a critical role within the IT Services industry, focusing on providing exceptional technical support to end-users. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. The IT Help Desk professional will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.

  4. Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
  5. Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment.

  8. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor and maintain IT inventory and asset management.
  10. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
