Job Description
Spearhead the creation, establishment, and continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define and refine governance practices, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory obligations. Provide expert guidance and support to ensure that all IT products and applications meet regulatory and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with product development teams to integrate compliance requirements into design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring seamless and proactive adherence to standards. Play a key role in assisting IT stakeholders and leadership to define the long-term IT strategy, including information architecture, technology direction, and system integrations. Provide high-level expertise on emerging technologies and trends, advising senior management on their potential impact and alignment with business objectives. Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of IT initiatives and their alignment with regulatory, operational, and security requirements. Take the lead in supervising the IT change control process to ensure all changes to IT systems, platforms, and infrastructure are properly documented, tested, and implemented in compliance with global best practices and regulatory standards. Ensure that the change control process effectively minimizes risk, disruption, and non-compliance, maintaining system integrity and stability during changes to production environments. Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT risks across systems, platforms, and business processes, providing strategic input on risk management practices and solutions. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits, evaluating the potential impact of identified risks on the organization’s operations, security, and regulatory compliance. Develop and recommend corrective action plans to address risk areas, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and mitigation of potential vulnerabilities
