IT Contract and Vendor Manager

Your Role: As a IT Contract and Vendor Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for managing IT operation contracts, with a strong focus on IT Managed Services agreements. Your core responsibility is to ensure contract performance and compliance. This involves continuously evaluating vendor performance against established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will utilize performance monitoring tools and conduct regular reviews to identify any deviations from agreed-upon standards. When performance gaps are identified, you will escalate issues as needed and work collaboratively with service providers to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. You will also manage other contractual obligations within the IT operations domain.
Requirements: · Proven experience in contract management, preferably within an IT environment. · Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles. · Experience in vendor management and performance monitoring. · Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. · Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. · Experience in escalating issues and driving corrective actions. · Strong organizational and time management skills.
