Job Description

Job Summary

Purpose: supporting, maintaining, and enhancing business applications, ensuring optimal performance and seamless operation of SAP ERP systems. This role involves troubleshooting, issue resolution, user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.


Job Responsibilities

•    Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for SAP ERP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, etc.), ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
•    Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve SAP ERP-related issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary while ensuring SLA compliance.
•    System Maintenance: Collaborate with IT and vendors to perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches on SAP ERP systems.
•    User Support: Assist end-users with system-related queries and provide training or documentation as needed.
•    Process Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend or implement system enhancements.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with business units, functional consultants, and external vendors to understand business needs and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
•    Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
•    Compliance: Ensure system compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
-     4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP, including support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
-    Experience in at least one core SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).
-    Familiarity with integration points across SAP modules is a plus.    Minimum Entry Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
Technical Skills
-    Strong understanding of SAP ERP architecture and business processes.
-    Knowledge of SQL, database management, and basic ABAP debugging is an advantage.
-    Experience with SAP transport management and system monitoring
-    Programming background VB.net, ASP.net & Python
    Other 
-    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-    Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-    Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
-    Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
-    Excellent MS office skills Excel
