Description
Requirements Gathering and AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.Solution Design and DocumentationDevelop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT development teams.Project Management SupportAssist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocationProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through technology.Testing and Quality AssuranceDevelop test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Data Analysis and ReportingAnalyse data to support business decisions and identify trends.Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.


Profile
Technical Skills and CompetenciesRequirements Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar for managing and documenting requirements.Modelling and Design Tools: Experience with modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or similar for creating process diagrams and workflows.Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Testing Tools: Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, TestRail, or similar.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
