Job Description
- Configure workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
- Inspect computer hardware (e.g., HDDs, mice, keyboards) to ensure functionality.
- Install and configure appropriate software, including Oracle applications, HCM, and CRM systems, according to specifications.
- Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle platforms and related tools.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks, computer systems, and enterprise applications such as HCM and CRM.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on operating Oracle software, HCM, CRM systems, and other computer equipment.
- Schedule and organize upgrades, maintenance, and updates for Oracle-based systems without disrupting workflows.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues (e.g., repairs, debugging, or resolving Oracle-related system problems).
- Maintain detailed records/logs of repairs, fixes, maintenance schedules, and changes to Oracle and related enterprise systems.
- Identify shortages of computer or network equipment, as well as software licenses for Oracle applications, and place procurement orders.
- Install and upgrade antivirus software to ensure user-level security for all systems, including those running Oracle software.
- Conduct tests and evaluations of new software and hardware, including Oracle-related solutions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for error reporting and provide user support for HCM and CRM platforms.
- Offer information and assistance to users as needed, particularly in leveraging Oracle applications for optimized performance
