IoT Cybersecurity Architect

Role Overview:

The IoT Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for securing complex IoT ecosystems by addressing unique vulnerabilities in IoT devices, networks, and applications. This role involves developing and implementing security strategies that comply with global and local standards, ensuring the safety and privacy of IoT data. You will evaluate IoT components for security risks, work with vendors to improve product security, and design frameworks that integrate cybersecurity and privacy principles. Your expertise will contribute to building resilient IoT systems that support business innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IoT asset discovery and evaluate the security of IoT components, including smart devices, APIs, sensors, and more.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity architectures for IoT systems in compliance with ISO 27400, NIST SP 800-213, and NCA IoT guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of mobile and web applications used in IoT environments.
• Create and maintain security and privacy management frameworks for IoT data.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the security of their products and services within the IoT ecosystem.
• Provide detailed assessment reports, risk remediation plans, and expert recommendations.
