AsInvestor Relations Manageryou will be responsible for developing and executing the company's investor relations strategy, ensuring effective communication with investors and stakeholders. They manage financial communications, investor outreach, and regulatory compliance to facilitate informed investment decisions.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Build and maintain relationships with the internal and external financial community to support investment decisions regarding the company's shares.
- Develop and implement an investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide insights to the Board and Executive Team on market trends, investor perceptions, and the competitive landscape.
- Prepare presentations, scripts, and Q&A materials for investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and other public forums.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular outreach to investors to gather feedback and address inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and shareholder activities to guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee financial communications, including quarterly earnings reports and regulatory filings.
- Serve as the primary contact for investment analysts, portfolio managers, fund managers, and the media.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in all investor communications.
- Lead post-IPO communication campaigns and develop strategies to attract potential investors and retain existing ones.
- Organize and execute investor relations campaigns, roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and conferences.
- Manage communication with regulators such as the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul, and other related entities.
- Handle CMA and Tadawul disclosure obligations, including announcements via IFSAH and management reporting.
- Develop and enforce investor relations policies and procedures, including those related to confidential information and insider trading.
- Oversee the shareholder register, shareholder analysis, and dividend distribution processes in coordination with relevant parties.
- Represent the company at investor relations events and conferences alongside the CEO and CFO.
- Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company's website.
- Lead and mentor the investor relations team to ensure a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, financial communication, or a related field.
- Certified by IFSAH.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including persuasive writing and public speaking.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical insights into financial statements, markets, and strategies.
- Proven relationship-building and management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Experience managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and regulators.
- Familiarity with financial markets, shareholder engagement, and post-IPO processes.
- Expertise in developing and implementing investor relations strategies and campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
