Responsible for managing the entire process of fund fundraising, investment management, and withdrawal, including:
1. Investment business:
Continuously exploring high-quality project sources and establishing local networks
Has profound industry knowledge and accumulation in several fields such as technology, education, healthcare, real estate, oil and gas, new energy, and new materials
Having extensive experience in cross-border M&A investment projects, comprehensive professional capabilities, and strong critical point control and judgment
2. Post investment management:
Responsible for post investment management work, developing post investment management plans, and implementing investment management goals
Establishing a trust relationship with the core management of the invested enterprise can effectively influence the management to achieve the exit goal
Serve on the board of directors as needed
3. Fundraising support:
Collaborate with the fundraising team to plan fundraising strategies for funds/products
Cooperate to complete due diligence
Maintain investor relations and review investor reports
4. Department management:
Based on the company's strategic objectives, formulate the strategic goals of the department
Departmental budget and expense management
Manage the work goals, progress, and achievements of team members, provide timely and reasonable feedback, and offer constructive guidance and career planning
Actively participate in cross departmental projects and promote cross departmental collaboration
1. Bachelor's degree or above, MBA degree is preferred
2. More than 15 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or enterprise management. Priority is given to those working in investment banks, private equity investment firms, and related financial industry companies, with rich experience in investing in US dollar fund mergers and acquisitions projects. Through landmark projects, they have consistently achieved high returns
3. Possess deep industry knowledge and accumulated network resources in the fields of technology, education, healthcare, real estate, oil and gas, new energy, and new materials. Capable of independently leading research and management work in industry groups and continuously exploring excellent project sources
4. Possess investment experience in the Middle East region, familiar with local market dynamics and business environment
5. Possess outstanding project management, execution, decision-making, and risk control abilities
6. Possess excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, relationship influence, and problem-solving skills
7. Proficient in personnel management and motivating teams to achieve goals
