Daily Jobs:
· Coordinate with procurement to ensure smooth material flow.
· Comply with set KPI’s.
· Control Sales Order overall Process.
Periodical Jobs
· Assist the Supply Chain Director/Operation Director to develop the MRP parameters & process.
· Conduct and control SOP Meetings.
· Set up Stock levels and replenishment mechanism.
· Receive and control sales forecast and review the results compared to set targets.
· Prepare material classification policy across the BUH’s; classify material based on value & movement pattern.
· Provide SCD with weekly reports on / Active, Excess, Absolute stock.
· Set up planning horizon with sales managers along with rolling monthly plan.
· Ensure close coordination with ERP consultant to improve the ERP system utilization and automate all functions related to Demand planning.
· Have good experience in WMS module and related activities
· Ability to analyze Inventory material and establish stock levels policy
· Planning, Organizing and Prioritizing Skills
· Analytical skills.
· Knowledge of Planning , Distribution & Operations
· Knowledge of MD365 ERP systems and Advance Excel
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, AIPCS or CIPS is plus
