Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, and peripheral arterial disease.
- Perform a wide range of interventional procedures, such as coronary angioplasty, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and valvular interventions.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex cardiac cases.
- Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
- Clinical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of interventional cardiology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in interventional cardiology technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Board certification in Cardiology
- Significant clinical experience in interventional cardiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
- Desirable:
- Fellowship training in interventional cardiology
- Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
- A passion for teaching and research
