Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing,and selecting candidates. Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations for hiring internationalworkers.stablish partnerships with international recruitment agencies and laboroffices. Handle visa processing, work permits, and other legal documentation requiredfor overseas hires. Coordinate with HR and legal teams to facilitate the onboarding process fornew international employees. Monitor labor market trends and stay informed on changes to labor policies. Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.Skills:Strong command of the English language (written and spoken). In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and international recruitmentprocedures. Experience in managing overseas labor sourcing and recruitment projects.
