Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Internal Audit Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement an audit plan to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Conduct audits ensuring adherence to auditing standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor the progress of corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and presentations for senior management.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's internal control environment.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Certified CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of full-time experience in Accounting & Auditing of which minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial level.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Big4 is required.
- Strong experience in operational audit, internal control, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of SFDA and industry-related laws and regulations.
- Must have leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
