Job Description
1. Accomplish
tasks defined by the I.M. Flight Commander.
2. Advises the
I.M. Flight Commander on issues concerning intermediate level maintenance
requirements, modifications, repairs, and problem areas.3. Coordinates
with Depot Supply, Base Supply, PDM and all other maintenance organizations
concerning the F-15C/D & S.
4. Monitors daily
production and ensures all schedules are maintained
5. Attends TCTO
and other Maintenance meetings, to ensure continuity between the Intermediate
Maintenance (IM). Commander and shops involved.
6. Supervises and
directs contractor maintenance efforts where they are most needed IAW mission requirements
and OIC direction.
7. Interface
between maintenance technicians, RSAF, and contract holde
8. Train RSAF to
the 5, 7 and 9 level skill levels.Requirements1. Must be
knowledgeable in all F15 aircraft systems.
2. Must have
management experience.
3. Must have good
communication skills
