Interior Design PackageManager (Project Manager) in Riyadh, KSA with previous experience as an interior/Fit-out or Project Manager in the interior design industry.

Responsibilities:



Reviews Contractor Submissions for Interior Design packages against the desired design intent and liaises with Design Manager, proposing alternate solutions where required.
Interprets the design vision for each area/package and discusses with the Architect/designer
Reviews Contractor's material approval requests
Reviews Contractor proposals for vendors, suppliers and subcontractors and reports on conclusions
Monitoring & Reporting against the contractors’ activities on site,
Compiles performance data, and compiles progress reports progress for the Resident Engineer, Project Controls Manager and Project Director

Previous experience as an interior/Fit-out or Project Manager in the interior design industry


Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices throughout the design and implementation process
Proven track record of successful project completions and client satisfaction
Manage the installation of FF&E

Key skills:



Excellent communication skills and spoken and written English
Extensive experience of developing Interior Design schemes
Highly competent in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, BIM360, Autodesk
Team player - ability to fit in with a diverse team
Client and Contractor facing - proven ability to present to both clients and gain their confidence and liaise with Contractors at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor’s degree Qualified; Architecture or Interior Design, from an accredited institution.
Minimum years of experience 15+
Minimum 5 years of GCC experience.
