Description
Revenue Cycle Operations:
Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient registration and billing to claims processing and collections.Ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims and follow-up on unpaid or denied claims.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Insurance Claims Management:
Work closely with insurance agencies to facilitate the smooth processing of claims.Ensure compliance with insurance policies and procedures.Resolve issues related to claim denials and rejections efficiently.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits of billing and coding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance.Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve patient billing experiences.Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the department remains competitive and compliant.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on revenue cycle performance for senior management.Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Corporate RCM Manager.
Profile
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management.Strong knowledge of billing, coding, and collections processes.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Experience in working with insurance agencies and managing claims processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in RCM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Candide needs to be based in KSA, with local working experience and open to relocate to Hafar Al Batin
