Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer with expertise in Civil 3D and Infrastructure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure design, with a focus on transportation, site development, and/or land development projects. The candidate should be able to work independently, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.Responsibilities:- Develop and produce conceptual and detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using Civil 3D software for transportation, site development, and land development projects- Coordinate with project team members, including project managers, surveyors, and other engineers, to ensure project success- Analyze and evaluate design problems and recommend creative and practical solutions- Conduct site visits and fieldwork to gather data and information necessary for design and construction- Prepare reports, cost estimates, and construction schedules- Perform quality control checks on design documents to ensure accuracy and completeness- Communicate and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies as required- Stay up to date with industry standards, practices, and emerging technologies related to infrastructure designQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure design, with a focus on transportation, site development, and/or land development projects- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D software- Knowledge of state and local standards and regulations related to infrastructure design and construction- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
