INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT

Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on infrastructure to lead our organization's infrastructure architecture strategy and design. 

As an Infrastructure-focused EA, you will work closely with IT, operations, and security teams to optimize and innovate across data centers, cloud, and network architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the organization's infrastructure architecture, including data centers, cloud, network, and storage.
• Design scalable, high-availability infrastructure solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure infrastructure architecture supports both current and future business needs, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.
• Define and maintain a strategic technology roadmap for infrastructure, focusing on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Recommend modernization strategies for legacy systems to improve efficiency and support growth.
• Define cloud migration strategies and manage the transition of on-premises infrastructure to hybrid or full cloud models.
• Design cloud infrastructure architecture, including multi-cloud and hybrid solutions, that aligns with the organization's business goals.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure infrastructure can meet current and future business needs.
• Optimize infrastructure components to achieve desired levels of performance and cost-efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed infrastructure architecture documentation and technical specifications.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to operations and support teams and provide guidance on infrastructure best practices.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, network architecture, or related roles with a focus on enterprise-scale environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
