Major Responsibilities:


•    Experienced IT Administrator with a strong background in working with project management software and applications.•    Managing and maintaining El Seif’s InEight Suite of Applications.•    Work closely with the vendors / IT team to troubleshoot issues pertaining to El Seif’s InEight Cloud Platform as well as on-prem instance for Estimate Module, implement upgrades if needed, and provide training and support to end users.•    Ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Key pointers for the above role are as follows: •    Create Access request Form with Workflow.•    Access Rights assignment for each Section / Segment.•    Forms design for each Section / Segment.•    Reports creation for each Module using Power BI or any other reporting tool as per the requirement from relevant department.•    Roles’ creation and assignment for each Section / Segment.•    Overall licenses administration and management between Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients per module and per project.•    Training to Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients for each Section / Segment.•    Distribution groups creation and assignment for each Module, training the trainer which would allow time management in between tasks.•    Application Maintenance information provision. (Downtime / online notifications.) •    Account deactivation on getting off-Boarding emails / notifications.


Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience:


•    Relevant University degree or college diploma•    8 years of relevant experience and working in sites •    Demonstrate good people management and problem-solving skills•    Advanced training courses in latest versions.•    Professional knowledge in construction methods and procedures•    To have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of project / document management software.•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
