Job Description

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Industrial Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join our Client in Tabuk. An Industrial Cybersecurity Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity risks associated with industrial environments, such as manufacturing plants, power plants, and other critical infrastructure facilities. This role typically encompasses a variety of responsibilities to ensure the security and integrity of industrial control systems (ICS), operational technology (OT), and the Internet of Things (IoT) devices.


Key Responsibilities

Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of cybersecurity risks to industrial control systems and the broader OT environment. This includes identifying vulnerabilities, assessing potential impacts of security breaches, and determining the likelihood of different types of cyber-attacks.


Communication: Communicate complex cybersecurity risks and technical issues to stakeholders, including non-technical personnel, to inform decision-making processes.


Vendor and Third-Party Management: Assess the cybersecurity posture of vendors, third-party service providers, and supply chain partners. Ensure that their practices meet the organization's security standards.


Technology Evaluation: Keep up to date with emerging cybersecurity technologies and trends and evaluate new tools and technologies that could enhance security in the industrial environment.


Training and Awareness Programs: Create and deliver training programs to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices, potential threats, and their roles in maintaining a secure environment.


Policy and Strategy Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies, standards, and frameworks tailored to the unique requirements of the industrial setting. This also involves keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
