In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrated automation and IoT systems that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making for our clients.Responsibilities: System Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their automation objectives and operational challenges. Design comprehensive industrial automation and IoT solutions that integrate various technologies and systems. Programming and Configuration: Develop and configure automation software using PLCs, SCADA systems, and IoT platforms. Write and optimize code for various industrial applications to ensure system reliability and performance. Integration: Seamlessly integrate hardware and software components, including sensors, controllers, and communication systems, ensuring proper data flow and interoperability between devices. Data Management: Design data architecture to capture, store, and analyze data from industrial processes. Implement data visualization tools and dashboards to present real-time insights and historical analytics. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation and IoT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. Client Support: Provide technical support and training to clients during and after the implementation of automation and IoT solutions. Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing systems to improve performance. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and training materials, to support knowledge transfer and implementation processes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software engineers, and data scientists, to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in industrial automation, IoT technologies, and Industry 4.0 practices. Propose continuous improvement initiatives for existing systems and processes.
