Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of IT networking products and low current systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including IT managers, system integrator, and project managers.
• Actively engage in prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to generate new business leads.
• Provide detailed information and demonstrate the features, benefits, and usage of IT networking products to customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the latest IT networking products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Provide after-sales support, including assisting customers with product installations, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with product developments and attend product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to drive product awareness and sales.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred Holders of Valid GCC Driving License
• Proven experience in sales or customer service in GCC Region, preferably in the IT industry or with networking products.
• Knowledge of IT networking products, including IT Networking Equipment, Network Cabling, and related technologies and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
