In Charge - Lime and Dololime Calcination Plant

We are looking for a talented and skilled Plant In Charge in Lime and Dolomite Plant to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. Perform and supervise all the activities related to Lime plant process and briquetting plant. Maintaining safe working environment. Perform related activities for process and quality improvement as directed by immediate supervisor.

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• To achieve production targets with required quality
• To minimize production cost by eliminating wastages with optimum usage of resources
• Responsible in completing all shift reports and communicating key issues with superiors and subordinates
• Ensures compliance of safe working practice in plant and execute all industrial safety rules for safeguarding of man and machines
• Investigate and prepare report of incidents and major delays resulting into property/physical damage and production loss and submit it to immediate supervisor
• Monitoring, controlling and taking corrective actions for all production activities
• Suggest and initiate the development projects for process and quality improvement to his superior
• Coordination with maintenance crew for shutdown jobs and maintenance jobs to ensure smooth sequencing of operation
• Follow the instruction given by immediate superior
• Job allocation and delivering responsibilities to fellow workmen
• Coordinate and supervise all activities pertaining to good housekeeping in the plant
• Analyze and understand the input feed and output finished product specifications and quality standards and equipment capability
• Comply and implement company policies and regulations
• Perform other tasks as delegated by the superiors

Qualifications:
Diploma in Metallurgy / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or higher
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Lime plant operations
Skills:

Sound technical knowledge in Lime Plant operations

Excellent Communication skills

Decision making skills

Proficiency in Computer soft skills
