Job Description

Role:

Responsible for the process of Muqeem renewal, coordinating with the passport department on any related issue, and preparing mandatory documentation as per the embassy’s requirement for business visit visa purposes.


Accountabilities:

  1. Monitors documents for processing of Muqeem that’s mandatory for ministry of labour and post all related data in oracle and make payment online as required by ministry.
  2. Prepares letter for medical test before applying for driving license for eligible employees and follow up with the representative for delivery of driving license.
  3. Monitors Muqeem date of renewal, driving license, health certificate and make payments through system or by hard cash to ensure all required POs are reconcile with finance department.
  4. Oversees addition and deletion of employees’ dependents and prepares monthly reports to ensure all the necessary changes occur.   
  5. Prepares exit and re-entry visa, collect documents for business visa and arrange and expedite with the coordination of embassies to meet business goals.


Measures:

  • Delivery of Driving license, Health Certificate, & Permanent resident (Muqeem)
  • Process of Business visa, family visa, exit re-entry & Final Exit
  • Collection of accurate documents
