Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities
Read, understand, and implement tool design drawing specifications
Prepare, configure, build, and test ILI tools to the tool design specifications and functionality
requirements
Prepare equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets,
launching trays, spares, tool box and all other required tools for use in the field, etc.
Study and analyze project information document, operation manuals, pigging procedures
and other project-related documents to understand project requirements and to ensure safe
execution and first run success
Coordinate as needed with PIPECARE team, subcontractor, client and other involved parties
to ensure a safe and successful project
Establish professional relationship with client’s field personnel creating customer
partnerships
Execute field work in a professional, safe, effective and efficient manner in accordance with
PIPECARE QA/QC procedures and in line with time, resource and financial planning
Perform on-site pre-inspection tool function testing, and post-inspection data download,
assessment, and reporting.
Execute onsite data handling procedures to allow an efficient and timely transfer of data to
Data Analysis department.
Conduct site survey and DGPs Survey in accordance with PIPECARE procedures and
operational requirement
Complete, prepare and sign and submit pigging, daily, QC, express and other required
reports
Execute all other tasks as requested by Project Manager/Team Leader and/or Management
within the assigned job role.

Minimum 2 year degree in technical or engineering discipline preferred
Experience in Oil and Gas sector, preferably with ILI
Experience in reading and understanding technical information, drawings, and schematics
Experience in working in a shop and/or field environment with hand and power tools
Mechanical aptitude
Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and outlook at an intermediate level
Fluency and ability to read and write in English (bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required)
Ability to travel extensively within the USA up to 75% the time, and internationally up to 25%
(international travel requires COVID vaccination and passport)
