Job Description

General responsibilities


 Comply always and fully with PIPECARE HSE and customer safety requirements

 Maintain confidentiality, integrity and safeguard PIPECARE proprietary information

 Follow PIPECARE’s Procedures and Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments

 Assure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE

 Identify training requirements and support continuous improvements

Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities

 Read, understand, and implement tool design drawing specifications

 Prepare, configure, build, and test ILI tools to the tool design specifications and functionality

requirements

 Prepare equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets,

launching trays, spares, tool box and all other required tools for use in the field, etc.

 Study and analyze project information document, operation manuals, pigging procedures

and other project-related documents to understand project requirements and to ensure safe

execution and first run success

 Coordinate as needed with PIPECARE team, subcontractor, client and other involved parties

to ensure a safe and successful project

 Establish professional relationship with client’s field personnel creating customer

partnerships

 Execute field work in a professional, safe, effective and efficient manner in accordance with

PIPECARE QA/QC procedures and in line with time, resource and financial planning

 Perform on-site pre-inspection tool function testing, and post-inspection data download,

assessment, and reporting.

 Execute onsite data handling procedures to allow an efficient and timely transfer of data to

Data Analysis department.

 Conduct site survey and DGPs Survey in accordance with PIPECARE procedures and

operational requirement

 Complete, prepare and sign and submit pigging, daily, QC, express and other required

reports

 Execute all other tasks as requested by Project Manager/Team Leader and/or Management

within the assigned job role.

report data to project trends and build forecasts.
