Hyperconverged platform Support Engineer
Job Description
Manage Cisco Hyperflex platform at designated data centers. Administer Pure Storage systems, including capacity planning and performance tuning. Perform firmware and patch management to maintain environment stability. Coordinate with Cisco and Pure Storage support teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Conduct health checks, performance monitoring, and reporting. Manage hardware expansions, including installation of additional components and migration tasks. Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and data protection policies.
Personal Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure. Attention to detail with a focus on system stability and performance.
Technical Skills
Any certifications in hyperconverged platforms and storage administration is a plus (Cisco Hyperflex, Pure Storage, ....) At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Hyperflex or any HCI platform.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
