Job Description

Job Title: Hydro Jetter

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Based on Experience

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate high-pressure water jetting machines with capabilities of at least 20,000 psi, using both lance and gun methods.
  2. Perform hydro-jetting operations for cleaning, descaling, and other industrial maintenance tasks in accordance with safety standards and protocols.
  3. Prepare, set up, and inspect water jetting equipment before operations to ensure functionality and safety.
  4. Execute thorough cleaning and maintenance of industrial surfaces, pipelines, and equipment as required.
  5. Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  6. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of jetting equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient job completion within deadlines.
  8. Prepare operational reports, documenting completed tasks, issues encountered, and maintenance needs.
  9. Respond promptly to job site emergencies, providing hydro-jetting services to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and client requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Hydro Jetter in industrial or maintenance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of operating high-pressure jetting machines, including proper handling techniques for lance and gun operations.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Skills Required:
  1. Proficiency in handling and operating high-pressure water jetting equipment (20k psi).
  2. Strong focus on workplace safety and adherence to operational protocols.
  3. Physical fitness and stamina to handle physically demanding tasks in industrial settings.
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with other crew members.
  5. Ability to follow detailed instructions and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
