We are on a lookout for an HVAC Engineer to join our team as Team Supervisor. If you love running projects, leading teams and is comfortable working with MEP systems, we did like to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Project Supervision:
- Lead and supervise HVAC projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards and within the scheduled timeframe.
- Collaborate with project managers as well as client to align with project goals and expectations.
Team Management:
- Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians and workers.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Develop a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Technical Expertise:
- Understanding of AutoCAD MEP to create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics.
- Ability to review and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions during project execution.
Skills
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC engineering and project management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP for creating detailed drawings.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components and installation methods.
Communication:
- Ability to communicate with clients, contractors and team members effectively. (Arabic and English preferably)
