Job Description

1. Installation and commissioning:

Install, test, and commissioning HVAC equipment, including heating and cooling units such as chillers & DX, air duct, AHU, and related components, follow installation diagrams and manufacturer guidelines to ensure correct placement and functionality.


2. Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, changing filters, lubricating components, and checking for leaks.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units and systems, using testing equipment to identify faults.
  • Repair or replace damaged parts, such as compressors, coils, thermostats, motors, and condensers.


3. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:

Troubleshoot and identify malfunctions in HVAC systems, utilizing diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems.

Provide timely and effective solutions to restore systems to full working order. 

Skills

Required Competencies:

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and operations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve HVAC system issues quickly and effectively.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on experience with tools and mechanical systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications precisely.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
  • Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to workplace safety, especially when working with electrical and refrigerant systems.

 

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in HVAC field.

 

Education/Qualification Requirements:

Diploma in HVAC
