Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join Elite Future Contracting in Makkah. This is a full-time position. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, recruitment and talent acquisition, employee record management in electronic systems, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
2 to 4 years of practical experience in Human Resources, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Hands-on experience with HR systems like "Mudad", "Wages", "Social Insurance", and "Qiwa".
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Key Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with electronic HR systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
