About the job Human Resources Specialist
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the Saudi Arabia Operational teams.
- Administer HR-related documentation.
- Collect the new hire paperwork.
- Conduct New Hire orientations.
- Manage the probationary review process.
- Manage and solve daily queries.
- Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
- Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
- Participate in special HR projects.
- If requested, manage the employees timesheet submission process.
- Perform other daily items as required.
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.
- Knowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
- Multitasking and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.
