About the job Human Resources Specialist
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the Saudi Arabia Operational teams.
Administer HR-related documentation.
Collect the new hire paperwork.
Conduct New Hire orientations.
Manage the probationary review process.
Manage and solve daily queries.
Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
Participate in special HR projects.
If requested, manage the employees timesheet submission process.
Perform other daily items as required.
Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2-3 years of professional experience.
Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.
Knowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
Multitasking and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.
