Job Description

  • Assist in the development of the organizational development strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize high organizational performance and ensure value learning.
  • Design and implement HR frameworks, guidelines, and operational processes, in cooperation with Group HR, to ensure consistency in implementation.
  • Collaborate with the company team leaders to develop an annual Manpower Plan to meet the company’s annual recruitment requirements and provide the needed recommendations.
  • Working closely with the team leaders on the Job Analysis, Job description and grading.
  • Propose an appropriate and attractive compensation and benefits scale, as well as non-monetary retention strategy to attract and retain high caliber talents.
  • Partners with Hiring Managers to develop and implement full life cycle recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and assess applicant qualifications, skills, and experience to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
  • Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Track appropriate metrics to measure results, impact and cost effectiveness of recruitment programs.
  • Responsible for the Mobilization of the new joiners.
  • Manage all of Employees Relations aspects within the division and work closely with the top management to align HR practises with the business needs.
