Job Summary:As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and implementing HR policies and procedures.Job Responsibility:- Assisting with recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates- Coordinating employee training and development programs- Handling employee relations matters and ensuring a positive work environment- Administering HR policies and procedures- Maintaining employee records and generating HR reports- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as neededCandidate Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite
