Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including the administration of employee records, recruitment coordination, and other HR activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and work closely with the CHRO on key HR initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and data collection for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare HR reports for internal use as requested.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing training sessions and company events.
  • Assist in the development of employee training programs and tracking progress.
  • Help maintain and update the HR management systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer on HR projects, initiatives, and meetings.
  • Manage the CHRO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and internal or external engagements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • (2-4) years of experience in a similar field
