Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Department: HR Department

Reports to: Managing Partner

Position overview:

KAWN Landscape is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Officer to join KAWN team in Saudi Arabia. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and Human Resources practices. He/she will be knowledgeable in dealing with Saudi governmental platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

        I.           Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for KAWN.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts, orientation sessions, ensuring completion of all required documents in accordance to Saudi Labor Laws.

       II.           Employee Relations

  •  Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding Human Resources related matters.
  •   Address Employee concerns, and promoting a positive work environment. Resolving issues in compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Laws.

      III.           Compensation and Benefits

  •  Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and allowances.
  •   Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

     IV.           Training & Development

  •   Identify training needs and assist with organizing training programs.
  •   Ensure employees receive continuous development opportunities to enhance their skills and competencies in the market.

       V.           Performance Management

  •   Support the performance review process by coordinating appraisals, setting up feedback sessions, and tracking employee performance metrics.
  •   Assist in implementing performance improvement plans where necessary.

     VI.           Compliance & Reporting

  •  Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  •   Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation, including employee records, attendance logs, and compliance reports.

    VII.           Human Resources Administration

  •   Maintain HR systems and databases with up-to-date employee information.
  •   Manage employee attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
  •   Prepare contracts, letters, and HR-related communications.


Requirements:

o   Saudi national.

o   Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

o   Proven Experience (2-3 years) in Human Resources, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

o   Strong Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

o   Familiarity with HR softwares and MS Office Suite.

o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.

o   Ability to work independently or as a team.

o   High level of professionalism and integrity.

o   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
