As a Human Resources Manager at SHC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources management. We are a leading Management Consulting firm, working with diverse clients to improve their organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
As our Human Resources Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping a dynamic and thriving workplace. You’ll lead the charge in creating and implementing HR policies and processes that empower our team, foster positive employee relations, and support every aspect of the employee experience.
Partnering closely with our leadership team, you’ll align HR strategies with our company’s vision, driving impactful results. Your role will also include guiding talent acquisition efforts, enhancing performance management, and leading initiatives in learning, development, and employee engagement that inspire growth and connection across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
- Coordinate and oversee the offboarding process for leaving employees
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks and incentives
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Lead employee engagement activities
