We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
