Job Description

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 8 - 12 years 
Project Duration: 1 year (Subject to extension).
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

The HRIS Manager will play a key leadership role in driving digital transformation initiatives related to Human Capital Management. This position involves overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of HR processes within SAP and other HRIS platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational and HR strategies. The Manager will lead HRIS projects, provide strategic insights to senior leadership, and manage a team responsible for enhancing HR operations through automation and data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:Leadership in Digital Transformation:
  • Lead and manage the strategic execution of digital transformation initiatives in Human Capital Management.
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise to automate and streamline HR processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement innovative HR technology solutions that support the organization’s digital strategy.
SAP HR Module Development and Optimization:
  • Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of HR services within SAP, ensuring seamless integration with other business operations.
  • Lead efforts to improve SAP HR module functionality, ensuring it supports evolving business needs and enhances employee experience.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on SAP HR processes, collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure continuous system improvements.
Human Capital Dashboard and Reporting:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced HR dashboards to provide key metrics and data insights.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and actionable insights, improving decision-making for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational strategy.
  • Regularly present data-driven reports and findings to senior leadership to support strategic planning.
System Support and Optimization:
  • Manage and optimize HRIS operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure the seamless functioning of HR systems.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of system improvements and upgrades, with a focus on automation, user experience, and efficiency.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Manage and develop a team of HRIS professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to ensure HRIS capabilities align with the needs of the organization.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in HRIS management, with a focus on digital transformation, SAP HR modules, and dashboard development.
  • Extensive experience managing cross-functional HRIS projects and implementing HR technology solutions.
Skills:
  • Strong expertise in SAP HR systems and other HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced skills in HR analytics, dashboard development, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with a focus on system optimization and business alignment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage with senior leadership.
