Job Description

Our client, the largest and fastest-growing outdoor shopping center developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Human Resources Consultant to join their vibrant team.


Based in Riyadh, you will oversee and manage all HR activities, including strategy, employee relations, talent management, compensation, payroll, compliance, recruitment, learning and development, and performance management, aligning with the company's vision and business objectives.

Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a strong preference for HR Consultant roles.
  • Recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRM) and preferred certification in KPI development.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Strategic HR functions and developing HR department budgets.
  • Experience in Organizational Development, including assessment centers, aptitude and psychometric tests, and learning and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi and UAE labor laws and HR processes.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, organizing, and planning skills.
  • Leadership and management abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience with ATS or recruitment software (preferred).
