Job Summary :
HRBP Consultant
will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with the
organization on Operational and Strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities :- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills gaps analysis, and employee feedback.
- Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
- Designing and implementing a performance management system that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
Requirements- Male candidate
- Arab / Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Fluent in English
