Job Description
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Lead onboarding to support new hires in integrating with company culture and operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances.
- Facilitate initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace inclusivity.
- Assist in developing and executing performance management processes.
- Guide managers in setting objectives, conducting reviews, and managing underperformance.
- Oversee payroll and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Manage benefits programs and educate employees on available options.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training sessions.
- Support career development, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Regularly update and enforce HR policies to align with regulatory changes.
- Ensure accurate HRIS data entry with a high accuracy rate.
- Provide monthly HR metrics reports within deadlines and support data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in talent and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficient in talent acquisition and onboarding coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of current HR trends and practices.
- Competent collaboration, interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Advanced in consulting, problem-solving, critical thinking, advisory, and analytics.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate (MBA/MSW) with a specialization in HR.
- 8-10 years of core HR professional experience, with at least 3 years in employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working in a technology, manufacturing, or engineering organization (desired).
