Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Act as a resource for employees by providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
