We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success. You will play a critical role in building and scaling our go-to-market functions as we continue our upward trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for go-to-market roles. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise on talent acquisition strategies. - Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future openings. - Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback. - Analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, customer success). - Proven track record of successfully recruiting for high-growth SaaS companies. - Strong understanding of the go-to-market functions and the skills required for success in these roles. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
